CNY man charged with sexually abusing 3 children in Salina

Salina, N.Y. — A 38-year-old man has been arrested and charged with rape and sexual abuse for incidents involving three children in Salina, troopers said.
Jason A. Bissell, of Mattydale, was arrested for three separate offenses, troopers said in a news release Tuesday.
In September, Bissell was arrested and charged with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child for an incident involving a 9-year-old, troopers said. He was arraigned and held at the Onondaga County Justice Center.
On Nov. 21, Bissell was charged with two counts of rape and one count of endangering the welfare of a child for a July incident involving a 13-year-old; he also was charged with criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of child for an incident in August involving a 10-year-old.
He is being held at the justice center on $500,000 cash bail and a $1 million bond.
